Just change that number to whatever you want. We usually do -100 or -75.

Okay so first you open your photo you want to stretch.
Then you use the crop tool to make room for the part you want to stretch. (sorry you can’t see the cursor)
Then you use the Rectangular Marquee tool 
to select a part of the photo.
Finally, press Ctrl+T and drag the selected area. When you’re satisfied, press enter and then deselect by pressing Ctrl+D.
You’re done! Now resize and sharpen(if you need to). Then add a psd or your own coloring. If you’re making a secret you can add text now. And voila! I hope this helped! -Daya :)
